Ground-Floor 2BR for Long Stays | Cleveland Heights, Near CWRU

My initial experience with finding the house my unit was in was negative. I couldn’t find the address because a big tree with hanging branches blocked the address on the house and my GPS ended on the house before it. The unit I stayed in was clean however it was triplex where the main hallways, steps and other shared areas were not very clean. It’s an old house and the shared areas had either extremely old paint or unpainted. There was no smoke detector or carbon monoxide detector in my unit as was described on the Vrbo app. They used older extension cords in a couple of rooms and I didn’t feel safe that the electric will not malfunction. When I booked the unit it seemed like I was renting from an individual but as I tried to communicate with them through the Vrbo app it was clear that it was a management company who didn’t even know the area to first help me find the house, then later things like getting the Wi-Fi to work. I’d call or text through Vrbo and the person was a guy on the other end who didn’t know the correct information together Wi-Fi to work.

Andrea was such a great host! The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood that was perfect for walking and running. It’s also close to so many amenities making it super easy to navigate when you aren’t use to the area. The home was clean and provided everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only thing my daughter suggested was a full body mirror! HahaThank you again for having us, we will be back!
