The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable for me, my husband and my adult son. It was a good location near Case Western and museums. There was a grocery store around the corner which was nice for quick bites. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed to have the basics. A good place to land after a day of activities. The host was very responsive to our questions.

The property was well maintained and overall appeared very neat. All appliances worked during our stay.The location is conveniently located within walking distance of a grocery store, several eateries, and bus stop.Communication with the property owner was excellent. She responded very quickly and was consistently helpful.One note on parking, only a single parking pass is provided, and additional parking nearby is quite tight. That said, we were clearly told in advance that there would be only one pass, so this was not a surprise.Two small suggestions for improvement: the stylish blackout curtains did not fully block sunlight or street lights, and the lack of effective blackout at night was bothersome. Also, there was only one towel in the kitchen - the cookware, utensils and towels overall could use use some additional or replacement.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will use this property again. This unit is nice and is close to the clinic. It’s in a nice neighborhood and communication was very easy with the manager and they were prompt in their responses. The only negative is that there was only one dish towel but that was fine. Highly recommend and I will be booking there again.
