This apartment is fairly new. When things go wrong e.g., the fire alarm is extremely sensitive! It went off when I took broiled fish out of the oven! I texted the host and immediately received a suggestion for a work-around. When we encountered other challenges in the apartment, the office’s response was immediate and a solution was provided. The host’s responsiveness was exceptional.
