Check-in was confusing, although communication with the host was outstanding and helpful.The bed could have been more comfortable and we would have appreciated two more towels.

The room was great! It was clean, stocked with everything we needed, and the view is the Cleveland skyline in the convenient was a bonus. Dishes, toiletries, a hair dryer & clothes steamer, and even cleaning supplies were there.
The location was so convenient for all of my appointments at the Cleveland Clinic. Having the store downstairs and the shuttle stop right outside saved so much time and money. The host was so on top of communication, which I always appreciate. Messages were answered promptly.
We'll definitely be back for all of my upcoming appointments.

Very responsive and everything was perfect. Short walk to hospital and very safe place to stay. Highly recommend
